Graeme Mosedale
Founder & CEO
With over 30 years of experience, Graeme still believes that 95% of any work is understanding people. Born in the UK, grew up in Australia and 25 years living and working in America has developed an attitude of “just because it’s different doesn’t mean it’s wrong.” Graeme has travelled extensively throughout the world including Europe, the US and Asia and has spent the last 2.5 years living in Bali, Indonesia. This world view of life and business enables him to look at business problems from multiple perspectives and to see the value in diverse ways of thinking.
Balaji Janardhanan
Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Balaji is responsible for technical delivery on all NowStrategy Group’s engagements, Balaji is a strategic and results-driven ServiceNow Technical Architect with 23 years in IT and 14+ years delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. Specialising in ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and ITAM. Years of hands-on, front-line implementations has also led Balaji to develop his business acumen and to move beyond a pure technical focus. This invaluable, and often overlooked, skill allows him to bridge the gap between an organisation’s business goals and the technical solution required to deliver on those goals.
