NowStrategy Group will perform a health check of your ServiceNow environment and report on its overall health via a score, as well as provide a list of any issues identified from the health check, their impact to your environment and a high-level list of tasks required to remediate them. If you then decide to have NowStrategy Group implement the required remediation steps, NowStrategy Group will develop a full statement of work outlining what will be fixed and the expected benefits of each remediated issue.
