All designs will be customer reviewed and approved before work commences.
STORY CREATION AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
Story creation and determining acceptance criteria are how NowStrategy Group collaborates with you to create well-defined user stories and comprehensive acceptance criteria. This process provides the detailed documentation necessary for our development team to deliver exactly what was expected and allows your testing teams to validate a completed requirement matches what was defined.
IMPLEMENTATION
Our implementation process is fluid in terms of any specific methodology. While most implementations suit an Agile approach, NowStrategy Group is flexible enough to deliver solutions in a method that is right for you, the customer. If you work in an Agile way we can work that way utilising KANBAN / SCRUM boards, Sprints, Releases, and Backlogs to identify, prioritise and schedule work, as well as report on a project’s status. If you prefer to work in more traditional Waterfall approach, we can certainly do that too, and or any combination of those (WAgile) where appropriate or as desired. NowStrategy Group is focused on completing the work in the most efficient manner that works within your project governance.
